Fresh from the final IRL race in America last weekend, Darren Manning is making a long awaited return to Silverstone in the UK where he will join the Embassy Racing Team, partnering Warren Hughes and Neil Cunningham, in the Radical LMP2 for the British round of the Le Mans Series on Sunday 16th September.

After technical problems at Spa denied them a possible podium finish, the team are hoping for a better result on the Northamptonshire circuit.

For Darren it is a welcome return trip back to home soil.

“I’m really pleased to be back here at Silverstone. I very much enjoyed Spa but obviously we were disappointed not to finish the race after running so competitively. This weekend we are on home soil which is great, but results are what we will be looking for. Warren, Neil and I will be doing our best to give the team the result they deserve”.
