Darren ends the year on a positive note after recording the best finish for the ABC Supply team Car No 14 since 2002 with a 13th-place finish in the points. He also had more top-five finishes (two) than the team did from the 2003-2006 (one) season.

Fresh from the final IRL race in America last weekend, Darren Manning is making a long awaited return to Silverstone where he will join the Embassy Racing Team, partnering Warren Hughes and Neil Cunningham in the Radical LMP2 for the British round of the Le Mans Series on Sunday 16th September.

BEST FINISH SO FAR FOR DARREN AT DETROIT
Darren Manning drove the ABC Supply Dallara/Honda to a fourth place finish in the Detroit Indy Grand Prix at Belle Isle. It was his best finish of the year so far and during the action packed race he never dropped out of the top nine. For Darren and the AJ Foyt team it was his second top-five and fifth top-10 finish of the season.
